Some educators teach technical cutting philosophies. Alexi Michael teaches how to build a career around one. He returns to Northern California for three days inside ĒDUCŌ Academy, and this time the room is smaller and the access is closer than anything we've hosted before.
We didn't bring him back for another seminar. Alexi Michael is the founder of Learn To Cut, a global education platform built on precision cutting and the business behind it. He has taught rooms of barbers around the world, from Milan and London to Toronto, San Francisco, and San Jose, and this November he brings the full platform to our academy floor.
We built ĒDUCŌ on the belief that the craft moves forward when knowledge is shared openly. Learn To Cut is built on the same one. Three days, one room, and everything on the table.

Which pass is right for me?+
Bronze is the Saturday experience: inspiration, community, and a great night. Silver is for the working barber or stylist who wants the complete three days of technique and business. Gold is for established artists who want the same three days plus direct proximity: model prep, the private dinner, the evening out with Alexi and the founders, and exclusive access to the content captured across the residency. Days 2 and 3 are capped at 10 seats total across Silver and Gold.
Where is the event held?+
All three days run at ĒDUCŌ Academy in San Jose, California. The full address and parking details are included in your confirmation email.
What should I bring on the hands-on day?+
Bring your own cutting tools: shears, clippers, combs, and clips. Live models and mannequins are provided by us, so you can focus entirely on the work.
Are payment plans available?+
Yes. We offer payment plans on Silver and Gold passes, the same way we run them for our academy programs. Reach out to admin@educoacademy.us and we will set one up with you.
Can I transfer my pass?+
Passes are transferable to another attendee. Email admin@educoacademy.us with your order details and the new attendee's name and we will move it over.
