Participants will:
Kick things off with a back-to-back Look & Learn seminar, where both educators break down their distinct philosophies, technical approaches, and cutting systems — side by side.
Then, we’ll take it up a level with a hands-on experience unlike anything in the industry.
Half the group will start their session with Jay, diving deep into shape, movement, and the foundations of women's precision cutting/hair dressing.
The other half will train with Don and the EDUCO team, learning structure, discipline, and the art of Men’s precision and form.
And here’s the cool part! when the first round is done, we switch.You’ll experience both sides. Both mindsets.
